This year in Oakland, we're doing what the performing arts community does best: gather close, share resources, and build collective solutions to individual problems. From cost-sharing models to programming that works, we'll circle up and figure it out together.

Registration Types
Standard Badge Participate in all conference programming online and onsite. This registration gets you access to The Commons, Juried Showcase, and Professional Development programs. Best for Agents, Managers, Presenters, and Administrative Staff participating all week.
Artist Badge This registration offers the same benefits and eligibility as a Standard Conference Badge. To qualify for an artist pass, you must primarily hold a performer role, not an exclusively administrative/leadership role.
Student Badge This registration offers the same benefits and eligibility as a Standard Conference Badge. Only Students currently enrolled at a College or University are eligible. Verification of enrollment required.
Single Day Badge (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Get access to a single day of the WAA experience. If you’re short on time or fit all you need from WAA in a single jam-packed day this one’s for you. Each Day Badge is eligible for that day’s add-ons.
Multiple Day Badges may not be purchased. Day Badge holders are only eligible for drop-in meeting spaces in The Commons.
Booth Band Get the help you need in The Commons. Booth Bands allow access only to The Commons, Juried and Independent Showcases. Available for organizations that purchase a 10x8 or Double Booth Meeting Spaces, Maximum of (3).
Performance Band Discover the next great performance with access to all onsite performances! Your Performance Band will also get you access to all Independent Showcases, those onsite at the WAA Conference and as part of the OFF WAA program throughout the Bay Area!

Exhibiting Options
The Commons WAA’s Commons is the locus of the conference, including drop-in reservable meeting spaces, private standalone spaces, and shared work areas.
All current WAA member organizations are eligible to purchase a meeting space in The Commons. Pricing is based on your membership tier. When you purchase your meeting space, you will be charged a deposit equal to the total fee for a Tier 1 member. You will be invoiced for any remaining balance post-placement.
Those with an Individual membership are not eligible for private meeting spaces but may reserve drop-in spaces onsite when available.
Insider Access WAA Members will be able to register for the WAA conference, before anyone else. During Insider Access exhibitors will be able to purchase a meeting space first-come, first-serve and register for the conference starting Monday, Mach 30.

We are bringing something new to the table this year. The Performing Arts Challenge is an interactive arts salon designed to move our industry forward. Imagine 10 people best equipped to tackle an issue at the table discussing solutions over lunch.

Celebrating leadership, creativity, service, and mentorship
WAA works to nurture and celebrate leadership; encourage best practices that stimulate the field; promote volunteerism and service to WAA; and strengthen and celebrate WAA as a community of peers and professionals. The WAA Awards celebrate and recognize members and organizations who have advanced the field and the association.
